AH series slurry pump, casting and pump cover should be replaced as a whole set when one of them broken or need to be change, following is the reason:
1, The casting and pump cover are produced as a whole coupling parts. If you only replace one part, it may not match with the other part when it is installed on site. Even if a slight error, it cannot be matchable.
2, If the slurry pump wet end parts material is rubber, when you install the one part either the casing or the pump cover and match them well, the rubber parts would be very tight. This situation would be reduce the serce life
So if the pump casing or pump cover should be replace, please remember to change the pump cover and casing together to ensure the stable working codition and longer service life.
