After more than 4 months of testing, the pilot test of the first screw vane pump in China – the screw vane multi-phase mixed pump has achieved initial success in the Fengcheng oilfield operation area of Xinjiang Oilfield Company.
The test was officially launched on April 12 this year, and currently many indicators have met the design requirements. The transportation of high-temperature multi-phase media in closed gathering and transportation in Fengcheng Oilfield is a global problem. At present, it has to rely on frequent replacement of spare parts and maintenance of screw pumps to support the work of closed gathering and transportation. The problems of short service life, difficult maintenance and high cost of screw pump seriously affect production and operation.
The first helical vane pump in China adopts the design concept of ternary theory, which also has the function of compressor, and has the advantages of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, compact structure, convenient maintenance, low operating cost, and energy saving. The screw vane pump can reduce the failure frequency of the oil delivery pump in the closed system, prolong the service life, reduce the labor intensity, avoid environmental pollution, and effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of the closed gathering and transportation system.
In addition, in order to ensure the reliability of screw blade multi-phase mixed pump seal flushing and cooling water supply, Xinjiang Oilfield Company’s Fengcheng Oilfield operation area has installed a circulating water supply system, equipped with related automatic monitoring equipment and alarm chain control system.
